| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. We do not currently accept orders from overseas customers. |
| Shipping And Handling At this time we are only able to deliver to addresses in the UK. We aim to ship your purchases within 1 working day of your order using the standard First Class Royal Mail service. Shipping charges are calculated as follows: Packages up to 0.5 kg = £1.70 Packages from 0.51 kg to 0.75 kg = £2.20 Packages from 0.76 kg to 1.0 kg = £2.70 Packages from1.01 kg to 1.25 kg = £4.74 An additional £0.85 will be added for every additional 0.25 kg or part thereof You will be informed of your total shipping and handling charges before you complete your purchase on the checkout pages. |
| Delivery Schedule We aim to ship your purchase within a maximum of 2 working days to addresses within the UK. However, if there is any delay in the shipping process we will endevour to contact you via email to inform you of the expected despatch date. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges All quoted checkout prices are VAT inclusive. |
