It takes 5min to walk down to the gondola when going skiing and another 5min down on returning by chairlift. Vallnord provides a bus service which goes to all 3 ski stations of Vallnord (Pal, Arinsal and Arcalis).

Linen and towels are provided for 1 week.
Cleaning:
Cleaning may be requested at a charge of €10 per person.
Travel:
--Airports--
By far the most common and quickest method of getting to Arinsal is to fly. Barcelona, Girona and Reus in Spain and Toulouse, Carcassonne and Perpignan in France are the closest airports to Andorra - all being within three hours onwards travel time.
--Trains--
Trains can be taken from all across Europe to arrive at the nearst station to Andorra, called L'Hospitalet-Prýs-L'Andorre in France at the foot of the Pyrennées. A bus can be taken into Andorra.
Other:
We arrange for transfers from and to Barcelona, Girona and Toulouse airports by coach. Private transfers can also be arranged.
Ski hire and ski passes can also be arranged for our guests in any of the ski resorts, Valnord or Grandvalira.
Booking Notes:
The exact cost of your holiday will be quoted to you at the time of booking. You will then be asked to send us an amount equal to 25% of the cost of the apartment that you have requested, to confirm your reservation. If you have to cancel your reservation, certain fees apply. You may pay for the deposit by giving us your VISA or MasterCard and confirm the charge by signing the slip when you arrive. Using your VISA or MasterCard will not involve you in any expense. You may pay the balance of your holiday cost by VISA or MasterCard 30 days prior to your arrival. Please note that unless we receive a deposit your booking cannot be confirmed and we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. Cancellation fees: Between 60 and 29 days prior to arrival, a retention of 10% of the total cost will be made. From 28 and 16 days prior to arrival, the retention will be 25%. From 15 to 8 days prior to arrival, the retention will be 50% . From 8 days to 1 prior to arrival, the rentention will be 90%. And less than 1 day prior to arrival, 100% of the cost will be retained.
