There are shared laundry facilities in the basement along with bike, ski and boot storage areas. There is a lift to all floors. The chalet is located just 50 metres from the ice rink, swimming pool and indoor leisure complex and just 250 metres from the lake beaches and the town centre. Although central for just about everything, its is in a quiet area and therefore perfect for a restful holiday. The property is right next door to the ice rink and indoor leisure pool, with sauna, steam room and hydrotherapy facilities and restaurant. Unlimited use of the pool can be purchased with a valid lift pass for just 15 euros for 6 days. It's the perfect way to sooth aching muscles after a hard day on the slopes. In winter, there are open public ice skating sessions plus regular ice hockey games of a very high standard, a great evening's entertainment. Kitchen Description The kitchen is pretty spacious will fully fitted neff appliances, plus microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge frezer, iron etc. It also has a small breakfast bar. Lounge Description This is a lovely light and airy open plan dining room/lounge which opens out on to the large sunny balcony with really wondeful views of the lake and mountains. There is a table and chairs on the balcony. The dining table seats up to 6 persons and there is a TV and DVD/stereo, and a large and very comfortable double sofa bed. Dining Room Description Dining room and lounge are combined. Bedroom Description There is one bedroom containing large fitted wardrobes with loads of storage for baggage and clothes. there is a dobuile bed with a single bed over it! It may sound odd but it works well and there is plenty of space for those sleeping underneath. Other Details The key thing about this apartment is its location and the wonderful aspect. It is handy for everything Zell has to offer, right in the centre of things but far enough away from the night life and main road to ensure a quiet and relaxing time and a good nights sleep!
