Apartment Sonnrain, is a large spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms . The apartment enjoys a large south facing balcony which affords magnificent views over the surrounding area. Directly on the cycle path and in a quiet housing area away from the main road, it is a safe and secure environment for children. There is a small kids play park 25 Mtrs from the apartment,and just a short walk of 100 Mtrs brings you to the superb outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts and leisure complex.Our guests in summer will receive a LOWEN card, which gives free unlimited access to the pool complex, plus 1 X daily free use of the main Asitz cable car. There is a free weekly guided walking & a daily childrens activities programme all free to our guests in Summer.Ski equipment and cycles are available in the village for rent. Kitchen Description The large Kitchen/ Living area is well equipped for 8 persons. There is a fridge, full oven with grill facility, 4 ring electric hob and a dishwasher. The apartment also benefits from a microwave, coffee machine,kettle and toaster. A tea towel is provided, but you may also wish to bring your own. Washing up liquid is provided, but not dishwasher soap. The sofa seating area of the kitchen converts to a double size sofa bed. If arrival is late on a Saturday we can pre purchase your shopping requirements. Lounge Description The lounge area is part of the kitchen. There is a corner sofa seating area with TV, offering cable TV( only CNN in English isavailable in the apartment ). In the downstairs social room is another lounge and TV area with Sky TV. WIFI is available inside the apartment. The apartment is NO SMOKING. Smoking is permitted on the balcony. Dining Room Description The Dining area is part of the combined Kitchen/lounge. There is a table and corner seating, which seats 6 persons comfortably. Bedroom Description There are 2 double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom has a door opening on to the large balconies. The double beds are Austrian style ( 2 mattresses in a boxed base , each with its own bed linen ). There is an extra bed possibility in each bedroom. A chair folds out into a single bed, ideal for children and teenagers. Each en suite bathroom has a shower cubicle, wash basin and WC. There is a hairdryer in each bathroom. Other Details The apartment is ideally suitable for up to 6 persons, but can accomodate 8 if required. It is possible to reduce the capacity, by closing 1 bedroom , and it is also possible to add an adjoining apartment ( sleeps up to 4 ) with 1 more bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. Please contact us for details if you have a larger group. Bed and breakfast option available. In winter High season ,arrival is on Saturday. In low season and summer arrival and holiday duration can be flexible. Free childrens ski pass after 14 march to the end of season ( Mid April).
