Booking Details:

The exact cost of your holiday will be quoted to you at the time of booking. You will then be asked to send us an amount equal to 25% of the cost of the apartment that you have requested, to confirm your reservation. If you have to cancel your reservation, certain fees apply. You may pay for the deposit by giving us the number of your VISA or MasterCard and confirm the charge by signing the slip when you arrive. Using your VISA or MasterCard will not involve you in any expense. You may pay the balance of your holiday cost by VISA or MasterCard 30 days prior to your arrival. Please note that unless we receive a deposit your booking cannot be confirmed and we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. CANCELLATION FEES: Between 60 and 29 days prior to arrival, a retention of 10% of the total cost will be made. From 28 and 16 days prior to arrival, the retention will be 25%. From 15 to 8 days prior to arrival, the retention will be 50%. From 8 days to 1 day prior to arrival, the retention will be 90% and less than 1 day prior to arrival, 100% of the cost will be retained.
